BFF mourns death of former footballer Hirok

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Hirok Jowarder, a former footballer of U-17 and U-20 national football team, said a Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) press release on Monday.

Hirok Jowarder passed away on Monday morning following a cardiac arrest at his own residence at the age of 42.

He left behind his wife, two daughters and a host of well wishers to mourn his death.

In a message of condolence on Monday, BFF president Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin, BFF senior vice present, BFF vice presidents, BFF all executive members, BFF general secretary, BFF standing committee, BFF officials and employees expressed deep shock at his death. They prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
