At least 93 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire began on Oct 11, according to the territory’s health ministry.
Al Jazeera reported citing the ministry that another 324 people have been injured during this period.
In the past 48 hours alone, hospitals in Gaza have received the bodies of 19 Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks.
Seven people wounded in the same incidents were also admitted to medical facilities.
The deadliest attack since the ceasefire occurred on Oct 19 in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, when two Israeli soldiers were killed.
Israeli forces responded with a series of airstrikes across the territory, killing 26 Palestinians.
Israel said the strikes targeted Hamas field commanders, gunmen, a tunnel and arms depots.
Earlier, on Oct 17, a shell from an Israeli tank hit a minibus carrying a Palestinian family in the Jattun area of Gaza, killing 11 family members.
This was the single deadliest attack on Palestinians since the ceasefire began.
Medical sources told Al Jazeera that at least six more Palestinians were injured on Oct 25 -- the 15th day of the ceasefire -- as Israeli attacks struck several parts of the territory from early morning.
On the same day, Israel’s navy reportedly destroyed all materials in three Palestinian fishing boats off the coast of Gaza City and detained the fishermen, Wafa News reported.
Since Oct 7, 2023, Israel has imposed a ban on Palestinians entering the sea.
Fishermen who ignored the ban have been shot, arrested, or had their boats confiscated or destroyed.
The initial wave of Israeli airstrikes on Gaza began in response to attacks by the ruling group Hamas, which Israel has accused of launching assaults on its territory.
In retaliation, Israeli forces have carried out widespread bombing that has devastated Gaza.
Nick Orr from the NGO Humanity and Inclusion told Al Jazeera that the destruction in Gaza is so extensive that it is extremely difficult to determine how many unexploded ordnance remain, and it could take 20 to 30 years to clear the area completely.
Additional equipment is needed to remove the landmines left by Israeli forces, he added.
Gaza’s health ministry reported that Israel’s two-year-long military campaign has now killed 68,519 Palestinians and wounded 170,382.
